I'm Theresa Thomas, founder of Theresa Thomas Properties. My path didn't begin in property. I spent years in roles that taught me discipline, grit and how to carry big responsibilities on limited resources — and, brought up in a working-class Yorkshire household, I know exactly what it means to graft.
I've never believed in blagging it, so I've invested heavily in my own education and I'm personally mentored by Danielle Bell, who helps me sharpen my deal-finding systems and investor care. Every deal I bring to you is backed by strategy, logic and proper due diligence — never guesswork.
